This champagne is the result of work initiated since twenty years by Benoit and is made using the Solera technique.

Sight : golden reflects
Nose: Pear juice, nuts, grilled almond, dried apricot
Palate : elegant and mineral with fruit jelly
Aromas : apricot, quince and mirabelle plum
Limited edition of 500 bottles per year.
Exceptional champagne that will perfectly pair with sea bass tartare with lime.
To taste between 8 - 10 °C.
